Principal
Our experience
David Rosenthal, our principal, brings over 20 years of Operations Management experience, leading operations in senior roles within large businesses and as a consultant. He has driven product and service development, scaled up projects, and achieved operational and strategic transformations through digitalisation and automation on a global scale.
Regardless of the project, he is an expert in delivering strategic value and getting the most from the budget, resources and time available.
Trained at KPMG, David has worked for some blue chip companies including Deutsche Bank and Bank of America, as well as a range of small and mid-sized enterprises.
The various roles he has undertaken have provided him with a broad range of experience, from Product Development Manager and Head of Customer Success through to Head of Commercial Strategy, Director of Operations and Chief Operating Officer (COO), dealing with operational, technical, compliance and commercial challenges.
David works with a team of competent and experienced Business Analysts and Operations practitioners. Teams are created to meet the particular needs of the client engagement.
